DEAR COLLEAGUES AND FRIENDS,
It is our great pleasure to announce the 2nd International Conference on
CHEMISTRY FOR BEAUTY AND HEALTH
The conference will be held on 12-15 May 2021 in the city of Poznań in the Conference Center of Poznan University of Medical Sciences. Poznań is the capital of the region of Wielkopolska (Great Poland), one of the oldest (established in the mid-10th century) and biggest (0.6 million inhabitants) cities in the country. The city of Poznań is an important centre of science (120,000 students), culture, industry and trade of international importance. Poznań belongs to the selected group of cities that boast examples of all architectural periods - from the Romanesque, through Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque to the eclectic and the modernist. The city is rich with many museums, galleries, theatres, and concert halls. Poznań Ławica airport is located just 5 km from the Conference Center.

The first International Conference on CHEMISTRY FOR BEAUTY AND HEALTH was held in Toruń at Nicolaus Copernicus University in 2018. The conference in 2018 attracted about 100 participants from 12 countries.
We believe that the conference in Poznań will bring together academics and industrial experts in the field to present and discuss innovation in chemistry and physics related to wellbeing, beauty and health. English is the official language of the conference.
We welcome abstract submissions from our international colleagues and friends. Prospective authors are invited to submit a one page abstract for oral or poster presentation in electronic (DOC) format to the address: beauty-torun@umk.pl (deadlines: for oral presentation - 28.02.2021; for poster presentation - 31.03.2021).
Please contact beauty-torun@umk.pl if any questions.
The main topics of the conference are :
- Cosmetic chemistry
- Biomaterials
- Biophysics for beauty and health
- Cosmetology
- Aesthetics
- Pharmaceutical chemistry
- Food chemistry
We will also hold a Forum for Young Scientists and students during the conference.
